Series of objects that take as their core raw material fallen centenary trees from the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Jazmín's last name means green-tree, green-Baum

In Spanish, there is a famous old saying: 'hacer leña del árbol caído', which translates as 'make firewood out of the fallen tree', referring to the mistreat that the fallen and the weak tend to suffer, and how easy it is for someone stronger to take advantage of someone weaker. This series  stands for saving the fallen from the fire: it encourages to rescue what falls and treat it gently. The result is a composition of strong pieces that, saved from the ashes, symbolise the importance of being kind towards the fragile, and how pretty new beginnings can be.
